junior adventure water and sports day camp
Since 1987 The Bigtime Sports Academy has been helping pre-teens and teens have an exciting summer through our Junior Adventure Water and Sports (JAWS) programming. This summer of 2022 our staff wants to help you have a summer adventure to remember.
Our week long sessions include lake beaches, slip and slides, water balloons, gaga ball, arcade games, sport activities, BBQ's, and much more. JAWS is the best way for pre-teens and teens to have a supervised, but fun summer experience. Each week will have a different theme and a different planned trip!
Be prepared to tackle each day of summer with other campers and make it your best. Team JAWS will make sure you always have something great to do, from enjoying the Pennsylvania nature and Pocono charm to exploring your many talents. We welcome you to get ready to have the best summer yet here at Bigtime.

Some of the best memories of the summer are made with their hands. We'll use paper, pvc, wood, etc. to make some of the most interesting one week projects.
The area lakes provide plenty of chances to swim, play, and relax. Beltzville State Park, Hickory Run State Park, Tobyhanna State Park all offer excellent outdoor spaces to have fun!
courts and fields
Hitting the summer courts and fields during camp is the perfect place to improve your game, learn a few drills, and compete with and against your friends.
Color war Thursdays
The campers compete against each other in challenges and events to earn points for their team. Color War challenges include Tug-of-War, Gaga Pit Ball, and Apache Relays, as well as, contemporary sports such as soccer and basketball. The winning team is the one with the most points at the end of the day!
