Epic Summers Start Here!

Welcome to Bigtime Adventures, the ultimate youth Travel Day Camp in the Poconos! We’ve designed an action-packed summer for campers who love to explore, have fun, and discover something new every single day.

Below is everything parents and campers need to know for the 2026 season.

Tuition: $300 per weekly session

📅 2026 Summer Schedule

Camp runs for 5 separate weeks throughout the summer. Choose one week or join us for all five!

Days: Monday – Friday
Hours: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Ages: 9-15 (grades 4th- 9th)

🚌 The Daily Adventure

Every morning, we head out to a new destination! Our rotating itinerary includes:

High-Energy Fun: Theme Parks* and Water Parks*
Nature & Outdoors: Fishing, Lake Days, and relaxing Beaches
Active Exploration: Scenic Bike Trails
Chill Vibes: Movies and local unique attractions

Campers' travel trips and weekly events are subject to change based on the weather.

*Note: Premium attractions will require season passes to be purchased separately by campers which are there's to keep.

🎒 What to Pack Each Day

To ensure your camper has the "Best Summer ever", please bring a backpack labeled with their name containing:

The Essentials: Refillable water bottle and a sack lunch (unless otherwise noted).
Water Gear: Swimsuit and a towel (we visit water-based attractions frequently!).
Sun Safety: Sunscreen (SPF 30+) and a hat.
Footwear: Comfortable walking shoes or sneakers (crocs are only for the beach/pool).
Adventure Gear: A bike and helmet (required only on scheduled Bike Trail days).

📝 Important Reminders

Check-In/Out: Please arrive by 8:45 AM to ensure the bus departs on time at 9:00 AM.
Safety First: All travel is conducted by buses and/or passenger vans with background-checked counselors.
Electronic Policy: We encourage a "plugged-into-adventure" experience; please leave gaming consoles at home. Please understand that its important to limit cell phone activity and counselors/directors can be reached as needed.

Our camper-to-counselor ratios follow best practices, with ratios from 1 counselor to 10 campers and increased supervision for trips and special events.

Camper Safety

Safety comes first at Adventures. That’s why we ask all campers to participate at camp in ways that are respectful to themselves, other campers, and our staff. To ensure the safety of all those in our care, a camper whose behavior poses a risk to safety may be removed from camp.

Photos and Videos

To help share the fun of summer camp, Bigtown Adventures staff use photographs and videos that feature children from our camps for promotional materials.

Refunds

We cannot refund the cost of camp for the voluntary withdrawal of a camper due to illness, vacation, or other absence (temporary or permanent), or for the dismissal of a camper.
