“Since 1987, Bigtime Sports Academy has been dedicated to bridging the gap between high school potential and collegiate success. Founded by Wayne and Traci Jones—Educators, NCAA tournament coaches, and parents of full-scholarship student-athletes—our mission is to empower todays' youth through elite Outside of School Time (OST) programming. By leveraging our unique backgrounds in academic advising and professional coaching, we provide a comprehensive three-pillar model of sports, adventure, and travel training to ensure every child has the best summer and off-season ever.”

Wayne and Traci aren't just directors; they are architects of student success. With a professional journey spanning over three decades, they bring a powerhouse of experience to Bigtime Sports & Adventures:

• The Coach’s Edge: Wayne’s experience as an NCAA Tournament college basketball coach ensures elite-level athletic instruction.

• The Academic Roadmap: As a school teacher and academic college advisor, Traci understands the credits, tenacity, and information needed to reach the next level.

• The Parent’s Perspective: Having raised Student-Athletes who received full Academic Scholarships, they know exactly what it takes to bridge the gap between high school graduation and the college campus.

• The OST Experts: With decades of experience as summer camp directors, they have mastered the art of "Outside of School Time" (OST) programming, creating a safe, high-energy environment where todays' youth thrive.
