Acknowledge Statement Payments / Refund Policy _____ All payments must be made prior to the start of all programs run by Bigtime Sports Academy. _____ All fees associated with all Bigtime Services are non-refundable. YOU understand and agree that no credits, refunds, or prorated discounts will be issued for unused amounts even if prepaid. Inclement Weather Policy _____ In the event that torrential rain/thunder & lightning creates an unsafe environment for the campers, parents will be notified that morning of camp cancellation. A make-up day or time change will be scheduled and parents will be notified of the change via Remind App, phone call or text message. Make-up Days _____ Due to our student instructor ratio standards we do not offer make-up days if your child is late, absent or picked up early. Please understand that we cannot accommodate everyone when scheduling make-up days. Photography _____ I give permission for my child to be photographed and images taken to be used in the media and on the camp website.
